This town receives its name in honor
to a Nicaraguan Bishop named "Pedro Agustín Morel de la Santa
Cruz".
With almost 23.000 inhabitants, this is the throughway to some of the
most appealing beaches, like Samara Beach along a wonderful and sturdy
highway.
