At 1200 m.a.s.l. this world famous cloud forest reserve will be our scenery for a great hike through the wonders of the cloud forest while our naturalist guide will search the most incredible birds including the wonderful Quetzal or one of the 30 kinds of hummingbirds that are part of over 400 species of birds of the forest. As well as more than 100 species of mammals including 5 species of cats, Admire the prehistoric ferns and the trees full of epiphytes and moss. The area is acclaimed as one of the most outstanding wildlife refuges in the New World Tropics so this is a special tour that will enhance your trip to Costa Rica.
