We offer a variety of travel options between Monteverde and La Fortuna.
Join us for a night at Mirador San Gerardo with wonderful view of Arenal
Volcano
and surrounding valley, or travel directly to La Fortuna in approximately
4 hours. Leave
from Monteverde on Horseback or taxi up Mirador San Gerardo. From there
you will travel through the beautiful San Gerardo Valley on horseback
to El Castillo in a trip that will take you by boat across the lake where
you will be met by a taxi to take you to the hotel of your choise. Our
guides will take you into the San Gerardo Valley, you can visit Seven
Falls Trail with it's seven waterfalls, and you can enjoy the tranquility
of our 200 hectares of primary forest before returning to Santa Elena,
Monteverde.| Half Day Tour Start:
7:30 am Wear: Confortable clothes, sweater, rain gear and footwear. Bring: Binoculars, camera, sunscreen lotion and insect repellent. Requirements : Ability for horseback ride.  |
