We start with a Cheese Factory visit for a 2 hours tour that starts at sales room, then we head to the milk reception area, the office and the laboratory. After that we will go to a conference room to attend a slides show about Cheese Factory history and Cheese process. Of course, we will have the opportunity to taste some cheese before we departure to see the Residential Water Treatment Plant. Then we continue our tour visiting the Regional Handcraft Store (C.A.S.E.M.), Coffee Mills, Wood Handcraft Gallery, Alchemy Gallery and finally Stella's Bakery.
