Spend
the morning in contact with the nature in the Braulio Carrillo National
Park, a 46,000 hectares of primary forest full of wildlife, that straddles
the continental division in the Central Volcanic Range and descends into
the lowlands of the Caribbean. The park is 30 minutes away from San Jose,
taking the Braulio Carrillo Highway. Crossing the park you will enjoy
the landscape of tall mountains, step slopes covered by dense forest and
several rivers that carve canyons with beautiful waterfalls. Mammals,
birds and reptiles are part of the rich park's fauna. Our naturalist guide
will lead you through natural trails to explore the different areas of
the rain forest
