DAY 1: Pick up 8:30 am from hotel at San Jose, drive time about 3 hours and 30 minutes to Monteverde. Check in at local hotel and lunch. By the afternoon visit to the Butterfly Farm, and Cheese Factory. Overnight Monteverde.
DAY 2: Early breakfast and visit to the Monteverde Cloud Forest, slides show and Hummingbird Gallery. After lunch afternoon hike by a different trails at Monteverde Preserve or free for optional tours; horseback riding, snake museum, gift shop, hiking at the hotel surroundings, returns to the Butterfly Farm or the Hummingbird Gallery Overnight at Monteverde.
DAY 3: Early breakfast and drive to Carara National Park, where you will make a naturalist hike. Lunch on route. Check in at Manuel Antonio local hotel about 5:00 pm. Overnight at Manuel Antonio.
DAY 4: After breakfast visit to the Manuel Antonio National Park, to enjoy the flora, fauna and beautiful white sand beach. After lunch return to San Jose about 5:30 pm.
